My Space Goals for The Next Few Years

I am posting this as a future reference for my goals in space sector. Since I started watching Babylon 5, space and growth in space has been a constant fixture of my life. Because of historical reasons, I couldn’t go into the aerospace sector, but I want to change that now since those past hurdles are no more applicable. I am going to post things that I want to accomplish to drive me further:

Below set of items are a quick list and I will expand them in coming months:

  1. Build reusable rockets which I can launch to GTO with 9 tonne cargo
  2. Create Space habitats that would be shielded with water from cosmic radiation with habitable crew quarters having 1 meter of water as shielding, along with other shielding material.
  3. Have freight vehicles that have nuclear electric propulsion (NEP) that can power a ship with Total ship length with truss and radiators: 60–120+ meters and potentially reduce travel time between earth and mars to around 2 months. These freight vehicles will be motherships that never lands; carries Moon and Mars landers.
  4. Multi-gram light sail swarm system to reach nearby solar systems using a modular bot architecture supported by mid-point laser infrastructure. The swarm system should achieve 4% light speed.
