The Order Season 2 on Netflix
Just finished watching Season 2 of The Order on Netflix. Bing-watched the whole season the last 2 days. I liked the first season, and 2nd season wasn’t a disappointment but it did feel like it packed a lot of things – may be too many things. Since it is just out, I am not going to go into detail on what happened except the season ended with a cliff hanger and I really hope that there is a Season 3 of The Order.
Some Thoughts (Spoilers Below)
I really liked Gabrelle’s arc. She went from being an obnoxious person you hated to an obnoxious person you had a soft spot for. I really was surprised by her becoming a were-wolf and attaching herself to the Knights.
I really am curious as to how werewolves are created, would be interesting to see if there are more werewolves? Also, if there are other magical sects, shouldn’t there be a larger council of magical affairs? It seems odd that 1 secret magical society has managed to almost destroy the world multiple times and no other society has bat an eyelid.
Overall the themes of the 2nd Season were :
- The Knights Losing Memories and Gaining Them Back
- Stealing the Order’s Magical Treasures
- Losing the Stolen Order’s Magical Treasures
- Stop Apocalypse by Fighting an Emperor Demon
- Attempting to Retrieve the the Order’s Magical Treasures
- The Knights Joining the Order Officially
- Dance with An Old Rival of The Order aka The Sons of Prometheus
- Magic for Everyone Anarchist Group
- Getting Lilith Back & What’s next?
The Order Season 3
Would really love for a Season 3 of the Order which will likely deal with the consequences of Lilith return from the trans dimensional demon world, the magic for everyone spell cast by Alyssa and her death, Gabrielle being a Knight.
What did you guys like the most about The Order?
Another show that I am still watching and yet to finish is The King: Eternal Monarch. It is a Korean parallel world show. It was really good at the beginning but it turned out be a bore and now I am watching it just finish it as I don’t like to leave things half-completed.
